    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント基板上に回路構成され、コネクタを介して外部
    配線と結線される電子回路ユニットにおいて、前記コネ
    クタの絶縁部材からなるハウジング外面に放熱板を固定
    し、該放熱板上に前記電子回路の一部を構成するパワー
    トランジスタを密着固定して構成したこ吉を特徴とする
    パワートランジスタの放熱装置。
