Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）投光用ファイバの一端面を光源に受光用ファイバ
    の一端面を光検出器にそれぞれ対向させ、これら投光用
    ファイバと受光用ファイバの他端面をそろえ、光を反射
    する測定面にこの他端面を対向させ、前記光源の光を投
    光用ファイバを通して前記測定面に投射し、測定面の反
    射光を受光ファイバを通して前記光検出器で検出し、光
    検出器の検出信号の変化から前記他端面と前記測定面の
    距離についての変位を求める光学式変位計において、 前記投光用ファイバと受光用ファイバを一体化し、ハー
    フミラ−によって投光と受光の分離をするようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする光学式変位計。
  2. （２）′−一体した投光用ファイバと受光用ファイバの
    他端面と前記測定面との間にレンズを配置し、　　　゛
    　たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の光学式変位計。
