Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案を用いるボビンケースを示す平面図で
あり、部分的に断面的に示される。第２図は第１図に示
されるボビンケースの側面図である。第３図は第２図の
線３−３に沿って実質的に切取られた、拡大された断片
的断面図である。第４図は第３図に示される細部の正面
の、部分的断面図である。 図において、１はケース、１′は糸引用スリット、３は
板ばね、４は調整ねじ、５はねじ穴、９は摩擦部材とし
ての摩擦円筒部材、１０は穴である。

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ミシン用ボビンケースであって、ボビンを収納す
    るための中空円筒体を含み、その側部円筒壁土に糸の出
    口のためのスリットが設けられ、かつ、前記スリットの
    ところでケースに対して外側から取付けられる板ばねを
    含み、前記板ばねはケースの側部円筒壁に設けられたね
    じ穴に係合する調整ねじによって調整自在である、その
    ようなミシン用ボービンケースにおいて、前記調整ねじ
    に対して制動をかける制動装置が設けられ、この制動装
    置は、前記ねじ穴内の調整ねじの摩擦トルクを増大させ
    るように作用しかつねじ山間のすき間を補償するように
    作用する摩擦部材であり、前記摩擦部材は、前記調整ね
    じのねじ軸に組み入れられることを特徴とする、ミシン
    用ホビンケース。
  2. （２）前記摩擦部材は、前記ねじ軸を横切る穴に押１−
    シ込まれた円筒状の摩擦円筒部材であることを特徴とす
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のミシン用ボビ
    ンケース。
  3. （３）前記摩擦円筒部材は、前記調整ねじのねじ切りさ
    れたねじ軸から少なくともその一方端が部分的に突出す
    ることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記
    載のミシン用ボビンケース。
  4. （４）前記摩擦部材は熱可塑性材料からなることを特徴
    とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項の
    いずれかに記載のミシン用ボビンケース。　　□
  5. （５）前記摩擦部材は軟金属からなることを特徴とする
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれ
    かに記載のミシン用ボビンケース。
