の金型、その両金型を支持するベース７°レート、バッ
クプレート、及び、ベースプレートとバックプレートと
を所定の間隔で支持するフレームにより形成し、前記ベ
ースプレートとバックプレートを、ガラス繊維で補強し
たエポキシ樹脂等補強加工した合成樹脂製の板体で形成
し、また、フレームの内面には、合成ゴム等熱伝導率の
低い特性を有する被覆材を設けたことを特徴とする粒状
