    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側に設けられた複数対のアームに回動自在に取付けら
    れた軸で巻取紙を支持し、巻取紙間の所定位置を紙継ぎ
    をする紙継装置において、前記軸の外側端に取付けられ
    た歯車と、紙継位置に設けられ、同位置に位置する前記
    歯車と選択的に係合して巻取紙を回転駆動する歯車駆動
    機構とを具備してなることを特徴とする紙継装置。
