    トランジスタ及び前記カレントミラー負荷を構成するト
    ランジスタの少くとも１方とカスコード接続されたカス
    コードトランジスタを有し、このカスコードトランジス
    タの出力からアンプ出力を得るようにしたことを特徴と
    する差動アンプ。
