明図、第２図は、この考案の実施例を示す基板装着前の
平板の状態をあられした斜視説明図、第３図は、同じく
基板装着後の状態をあられした斜視説明図である。 １は平板、２は回路基板、３は雄ねじ棒、３′は蝶ナツ
ト、４は基板押え片、５．６は押え具押え片、８は部品
、９は基板押え具、１０は層圧入路、１１は層圧入口、
１２は同圧口である。なお、図中、同一符号は、同一ま
たは相当部分を示すものとする。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）平板の直交二側辺に基板押え部を、他の一側辺に
    押え具押え片を夫々固設し、前記押え部により回路基板
    の三側辺を固持させるとともに、他の一側辺を前記押え
    片で両端を同圧した可動押え具により押圧させるように
    したことを特徴とする回路基板の反り防止装置。
  2. （２）前記平板を熱伝導性の良好な薄板で構成させたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回
    路基板の反り防止装置。
  3. （３）各部分品に剛性および熱伝導・咋を増大させる表
    面処理を施したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項の回路基板の反り防止装置。
  4. （４）各部分品をアルミニュウム、銅、りん青銅のいず
    れかで構成させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の回路基板の反り防止装置。
