用いた回路図である。 図において１はポンプケーシング、２はバルブブロック
、３はパツキン箱体、４はプランジャ、５はクロスヘッ
ド、６は吸入弁、７は吐出弁、２１は高圧プランジャ、
２２は低圧プランジャ、２４は高圧パツキン箱体、２５
は低圧パツキン箱体、３０は高圧吸入弁、４０は高圧吐

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動手段によって往復駆動されるプランジャポンプにお
    いて、プランジャのクロスヘッドに連結する部位に続く
    部位を、それに続く先端側の部位のプランジャ直径より
    も大きく形成して低圧部と成し、先端側の細径部を高圧
    部と成し、低圧部及び高圧部に対応する吸入弁、吐出弁
    をそれぞれ設けて成るポンプ手段を１組または複数組並
    設して構成した２段プランジャポンプ。
