Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable transfer of an object to be welded only by the easy operation and inexpensive hoisting device by forming the mating surface of a door to be provided in the opening of a welding chamber into a sloped surface of which the upper part inclines to a welding room side. CONSTITUTION:The mating surface 13 of a door 14 provided in the opening of a welding chamber 12 mounted on a base 1 is formed into a sloped surface of which the upper part inclines toward the room 12. A vacuum seal 5 is incorporated into either one of the room 12 or the surface 13 of the door 14. Putting in and out of an object 6 to be welded to and from the chamber 12 is accomplished first by moving the door 14 in an arrow D direction and to hold the opening of the chamber 12 open.
