Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　トナー像を保持する像保持体と、この像保持体上の
    トナー像を転写せしめかつこの転写トナー像を次の転写
    材−・更に転写する中間転写体とを有し、前記次の転写
    材への転写部が転写用回転体とこれに圧接する圧接回転
    体とによって構成されている記録装置において、前記圧
    接回転体が所定温度に加熱されると共に、前記転写部の
    手前位置にて前記圧接回転体の周囲番千前記次の転写材
    を近接若しくは押圧せしめる部材を有し、この部材の少
    なくとも前記次の転写材側の面が耐熱性を有し弾性変形
    可能な多孔性材料により構成されていることを特徴とす
    る記録装置。 ２　弾性変形可能な多孔性材料がフッ素樹脂系のフェル
    ト材又はパ・イル材からなっている、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載した装置。
