Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a flat decorative plate hard to deform and with high impact resistance such as a mural or the like by a structure wherein a hard patterned core sheet is pinched between two pliable plastic sheets. CONSTITUTION:A decorative plate is a laminate A consisting in closely contacting transparent pliable sheets 31 and 32 on both sides of a hard core sheets 2, on the surface of which patterns 1 are applied by printing or the like. The closely contact lamination is an apparent adhesion obtained by only extracting the air in the space between the plastic sheets 31 and 32, between which the core sheet 2 is held without being bonded with one another. The circumferences of the plastic sheets 31 and 32 are bonded air-tight at the outer periphery of the laminate A by heat sealing or the like so as to form a bonded part 4 in order to eliminate the tendency for parting the plastic sheets under the state laminated only by closely contacting from each other. The edge of the core sheet 2 is effectively protected from external shocks, resulting in preventing cracks from developing.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a decorative board that is strong against impact and is flat and hard to deform, such as a wall hanging. A laminate of flexible plastic sheets is formed by closely contacting the plastic sheets, at least the patterned side of the plastic sheets is transparent, and a decorative plate (212 sheets) is formed by fully adhering the flexible plastic sheets to each other around the outer periphery of the laminate. The hard core sheet is sandwiched between the flexible plastic sheets and passed through nip rolls to deaerate both sides of the flexible plastic sheet and the core sheet to closely laminate them. This method of manufacturing a decorative board is characterized in that the two flexible plastic sheets are bonded together by pressurizing and heating at the outer periphery of the body.

以下、添付した図面に基づきさら、に詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, a more detailed description will be given based on the attached drawings.

If laminated with adhesive, etc., completely interposed, the transparency of the adhesive itself will be poor, and the adhesive will completely penetrate the plastic sheet 3 and deteriorate the transparency, which will completely impede the decorative properties, and if heat fused, printing will be impaired. This is undesirable because the parts may collapse or the entire board may warp due to heat.

Furthermore, if the flexible plastic sheet layer is fully impregnated with aromatic compounds, this will combine with the visual effect of the pattern 1 provided on the core sheet λ to appeal to the sense of smell, resulting in an excellent decorative effect. Even when completely impregnated with a fragrance agent, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is suitable for the plastic sheet.
