Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は平板型スピーカーの耐入力向上に関するもので
ある。
平板型スピーカーは第１図に示すごとく、振動板２の周
辺を上部ヨーク７、下部ヨーク８で挾み、上部ヨーク７
、下部ヨーク８の夫々に連結せる上部プレート５、下部
プレート６に振動板２の上面、下面に近接して夫々３本
のマグネット４を貼着して配置し、平行なる２本の磁気
空隙を形或し、磁気空隙の振動板２上に導体箔３を設け
た構造になつている。
上部プレートには２本の平行な放音縦孔を設けると共に
、下部プレート上のマグネット間の空隙に吸音材９を貼
着してある。
従来がらあ−る導体箔コイル振動板は熱容量が小さく、
従って平板型スピーカーの許容入力を大きくできない欠
点があった。
本考案は上記欠点を改善する為に考案されたもので、図
面に示す実施例について説明すれば、第２図に示すごと
く、細目状に編んだ非磁性体の金属網１を振動板２に近
接させると共に上部プレートとマグネットで形或する磁
気空隙の内壁の形状に合わせて折り曲げ形威して配置す
ると共に、下部プレート上のマグネット間の空隙に、細
目状に編んだ非磁性体の金属網１を振動板２に近接させ
ると共に貼着せる吸音材９を包括保持させて折り曲げ形
威して配置せる平板型スピーカーである。
本考案は上記の如く、振動板２に近接して細目状金属網
１を配置してあるので、振動板２上の導体箔３に発生す
る熱を金属網１が吸収し温度上昇を抑え、平板型スピー
カーの耐入力向上をはかるものである。
又金属網１の網の目による音響抵抗のため、過渡特性が
良好である。
そして吸音材９が振動板２に接したりするトラブルを防
止する効果がある。
網１はパンチドメタルでも同様の効果がある。

  1. 振動板２の上面、下面に近接して、上下夫々３本のマグ
    ネット４を配置して、平行なる２本の磁気空隙を形或し
    、磁気空隙の板動板２上に導体箔３を設けた構造に於て
    、細目状非磁性体の金属網１を振動板２に近接して、磁
    気空隙の形状に合わして折り曲げ形威して配置せる平板
    型スピーカー
