Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　加工材料表面を照射するイオンビームの電流値を変
    化させる電流可変手段、加工材料表面におけるイオンビ
    ーム照射位置を走査する偏向手段、該偏向手段へ切換手
    段を介して走査偏向信号を供給する２つの走査電源Ａ及
    びＢ１走査電源Ａの出力によって画面走査が行われる画
    像表示手段、加工材料表面から得られる信号を検出゛　
    　して該検出゛信号を画像表示手段へ輝度変調信号とし
    て印加する手段、及び前記切換手段へ印加する切換信号
    と、該切換信号に同期して前記電流可変手段へ印加する
    制御信号と、前記切換信号に同期９して前記画像表示手
    段への検出信号の印加を阻止するブランキング信号を発
    生する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とするイオンビーム
    装置。　　　− ２前記走査電源Ｂはイオンビームによる加工材料表面の
    走査範囲の形状を任意に可変するための手段を備えてい
