第３図の電気結線図である。 図ニオイて、１１ａ〜ｌｌｎは第１〜第ｎのサイリスー
タ、１２弓〜１２ｎ＋１は棒状導体、１３ａ〜１３ｎ＋
１は放熱板、１４３〜１４ｎは陽極リアクトルである。 なお、第３図および第４図中同一部分は同一符号を付し
ている。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　棒状導体の一部分に取付けられた放熱板、前記棒状
    導体の他部分を中心導体として前記棒状導体に施された
    陽極リアクトル、および前記陽極リアクトルに直列接続
    されたサイリスクを備えた半導体電力変換装置。 ２　サイリスタは、棒状導体に固定されてなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体電力変換装置。 ３　放熱板と陽極リアクトルとサイリスタとからなる組
    を複数組縦続接続された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    または第２項記載の半導体電力変換装置。
