従来、市街地における送電線の敷設方法は、道路整備計
画にあわせて用地、環境上の面から地中送電線の敷設に
は管路式、洞道式等が採用されている。更に、市街地に
おける地中送電線の敷設では従来のケーブル運搬車によ
り運搬する場合、高圧ケーブル27,5万ボルトの電線
の直径は13鄭であり、建築限界は4.5mと規定され
ているため巻取りドラムの直径は3〜3.5m内に制限
され、1本のケーブルで敷設できるのは約800rnと

上下動させるジヤツキ8を荷台5上に取り付け、連結部
材7の回転軸を軸心として両ドラム6を一体にして駆動
ベルト11を介して回動させるモータ9を所定位置に別
置する。まず、ジヤツキ8を作動させて連結部材7を介
して両ドラム6を上昇させた後、ケーブル10を駆動ベ
ルト11を介してモーター9を駆動して両ドラムにより
