ランジスタのコレクタか接続された出力端子から出力さ
れる電源出力の誤差電圧を上記ＰＮＰ トランジスタの
ベースに帰還する誤差増幅器とを備え、上記非安定化電
源を安定化して出力端一 子から出力する電源安定化回
路において、上記出力制御用のＰＮＰ ）ランジスタの
ベースと上記誤差増幅器との間に保護遮断用トランジス
タを設け、この保護遮断用トランジスタのベースを１記
出力端子にダイオードを介して接続するとともに、上記
入力端子に供給される非安定化電源にて上記誤差増幅器
を駆動するように接続したことを特徴とする電源安定化
