Description
第１図は本考案の気密式排石箱をそなえた加圧型ミルの
縦断面図、第２図は従来の気密式排石箱の縦断面図、第
３図は本考案の気密式排石箱の要部断面図、第４図は偏
心ローラを気密式排石箱に取付けた状態を示す縦断面図
である。 １はミルのケーシング、２は回転テーブル、３はローラ
、４は耐摩耗材、５は回転軸、６はアーム、７は軸、８
は筒体、９は円筒、１０は回転筒、１１は羽根、１２は
ベアリング、１３はプーリ、１４はモータ、１４ａはモ
ータの出力軸、１５はプーリ、１６はベルト、１７は排
石箱、１８は連結筒、１９は気密封止装置、２０はスラ
イド板、２１は案内溝、２２はシリンダ、２３はシリン
ダのロッド、２４はラビリンスシール、２５はローラ、
２６は排石箱の蓋、２７は揺動板、２８は揺動板の軸、
２９．３０はリミットスイッチ、３１はローラ受け、３
２は偏心ローラ、３３はローラ ＠、３３ａは
ローラ軸の先端、３４はグランドシールである。

Claims (1)
- 加圧型ミルのケーシングに連通して設けられ、開閉自在
のスライド板によってケーシング側との間を気密封止す
る加圧型ミルの気密式排石箱においてミスライド板の裏
面にローラ受けを設け、このローラ受けとそれぞれ接触
する偏心ローラを排石箱の外部から操作可能に取付け、
経年変化による気密性の劣化を防ぐことを特徴とする加
圧型ミルの気密式排石箱。 ・
