And the feeding rubber roller 4 is rotated via the driven pulley 5. Then, the feeding rubber roller 4 feeds out the document 10 set on the hopper 1 to the contact position between the feeding roller 2 and the reversing belt 8, and the feeding roller 2 feeds the document 10 one sheet at a time. , at this time, the reversing belt 8
is rotated by a motor or the like (not shown) in the opposite direction to the feed roller 2, and has the function of keeping documents 10 other than the bottom one that comes into contact with the feed roller 2 on the hopper 1.

There is a drawback that the tip hits and gets caught on the protruding part of the feeding rubber roller 4 that protrudes above the hopper 1, and if the document 10 is thin or has a weak stiffness, the contact friction caused by the pressure material I and the feeding rubber roller 4 Due to the resistance, the insertability is significantly impaired and the paper quality of the original 10 is limited.
In consideration of the fact that 0 is inserted and pulled out, the pressing force of the pressurizing member 7 is limited so as not to impair its insertability, so it is not possible to ensure a sufficient feeding force by the feeding rubber roller 4.
Therefore, when a large number of originals 10 are set on the hopper 1, or when the originals 10 have different paper qualities such as paper thickness and surface finish, the load resistance increases and the frictional force with the feeding rubber roller 4 decreases. Therefore, there was also a drawback that the document 10 could not be fed out.

A transmission collar biased by a spring is attached to the hopper, and a leaf spring is provided to maintain a small gap with the top surface of the hopper. When the drive shaft rotates during document feeding, the transmission collar and friction plate connect the p frame. When the rubber roller rotates, a part of the outer periphery of the feeding rubber roller protrudes above the hopper through a window hole provided in the hopper.

Next, to explain the operation of the above-mentioned configuration, first, FIG. As shown in the figure, the original 10 is set on the hot spring 11. At this time, the feeding roller 13 is not rotating, and the feeding rubber rollers 31a and 31b are each located below the window hole 12 of the hopper 11. Therefore, since there is no obstacle on the hopper 11, the raw material 4 height 10 is condensed between the feeding roller 13 and the friction tongue 35 and stops. When the electromagnetic clutch 16 enters the engaged state, a motor (not shown) rotates at the same time, and one rotational force is applied to the drive belt 1.
9, is transmitted to the drive shaft 14 via the drive pulley 8 and the electromagnetic clutch 16. When the drive shaft 14 rotates due to this, the rotational force is transferred to the feed roller 13 via the one-way clutch 20.
As a result, the feeding roller 13 rotates, and at the same time, the rotational force is transmitted to the shaft 30 via the driving gear 27, the transmission gear 33, and the driven gear 32. It rotates in the same direction as the feed roller 13.

As mentioned above, the collar of the transmission collar 23 is transferred to the frame 23 via the friction plate 26 by the biasing force of the compression spring 28. The frame 21 is pressed against one side of the frame 21, so that the frame 21 receives a constant pressing force and rotational force from the friction plate 26, and rotates about the drive shaft 14 in the direction of arrow B as shown in FIG. .

stops, and the rubber rollers 31a, 31b are fed out by this mechanism.
When the hopper is pushed up, a part of its outer periphery protrudes from the window hole 12 onto the hopper 11, and the document 1 set in the hopper 11 is
The reason why the pressing force of the feeding rubber rollers 31a and 31b is a constant pressure is because the pressure of the friction plate 26 and the frictional force cause the frame 21 This is because only a constant rotational force is transmitted to the feeding rollers 31a and 31b as described above, so the document 10 is fed in the direction of the feeding roller 13 with a constant force. One original document 10 is fed into the apparatus by a feeding roller 13. Here, if there are many original documents 10, the lowest original 10 is transferred to a feeding roller with a larger frictional force than the friction tongue piece 35. 13, but the other originals 10 are stopped by the friction tongue 35 and are not fed again.
Only the bottom document 10 receives the feeding force of 1b, and the other documents 10 do not receive the feeding force, so jams and the like do not occur.

3 is stopped from rotating due to the frictional force with the friction tongue piece 35.On the other hand, a reverse rotational force is applied to the drive shaft 14 due to the gravity of the frame 210. Here, the one-sided clutch 20 provided between the feed roller 13 and the drive shaft 14 is free in the reverse rotation direction of the drive shaft 14, so the drive shaft 14 rotates in the reverse direction and the frame 21 is rotated in the opposite direction. The rubber rollers 31a and 31b also return to the position below the window hole 12 as the rollers return to their original positions as shown in FIG. and return to the initial state.

It may be tensile.

Therefore,
When setting a document in the hopper, there is no obstacle on the hopper, so the document can be easily inserted and set regardless of the type of document, the state of the edge, and the number of sheets.

もある0In addition, since the pressing force of the feeding rubber roller against the document can be adjusted by the spring pressure of the compression spring that biases the transmission collar, any desired feeding force can be obtained. In addition to being able to perform feeding, the occurrence of jams, etc. can be suppressed, and there is also the advantage that there is no need to separately provide a motor to rotate the frame.

0[Claims] 1. A hopper having a window hole, a feeding roller disposed at the front end of the hopper, and a one-way clutch provided between the feeding roller and its drive shaft. a frame rotatably attached to the drive shaft; a payout rubber roller rotatably supported by the frame via a shaft so as to be positioned below the window hole; and a rubber roller attached to the drive shaft. A transmission collar mounted between the transmission collar, a pin provided on the drive shaft so as to fit into a notch provided in the transmission collar, and one side of the frame end and a flange of the transmission collar. a slim friction plate, a compression/pull that biases the transmission collar so that the flange of the transmission collar presses against one side of the frame via the friction plate, and a gear that transmits the rotation of the drive shaft to the shaft; A plate spring is arranged to maintain a slight clearance from the top surface of the hopper, and the pin is rotated by rotation of the drive shaft. An automatic document feeding mechanism for a facsimile machine characterized in that a frame is rotated through a transmission collar and a friction plate to cause a part of the outer periphery of a feeding rubber roller to protrude upward.
