す。第２図はＰＩＮダイオードのバイアス電流とダイオ
ード抵抗の関係の一例を示す。第３図はＰＩＮダイオー
ドのバイアス電流とＰＩＮダイオード減衰器の減衰量の
関係を示す。第４図はこの考案の一実施例による減衰器
の構成を示すブロック図である。第５図はこの考案の減
衰器の動作原理を説明する図である。 図において１０は電力分割用のハイブリッド・ジャンク
ション、１１は従来のＰＩＮダイオード減衰器、１２は
移相器、１３は電力合成用のハイブリッド・ジャンクシ
ョンである。なお、図中、同−符号轄同一、または相当
部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端とこの入力端からの信号を２分岐する二つの出力
    端を有するハイブリッド・ジャンクション、このハイブ
    リッド′・ジャンクションの一方の出力端に接続され電
    流によりその減衰量が制御さ゛れるＰＩＮダイオード減
    衰器及び他力の出力端に接続され通過信号の移相量を制
    御する移相器、前記ＰＩＮダイオード減衰器の出力と前
    記移相器の出力番それぞれ入力してこれらを合成する２
    つの入力端と１一つの出力端を有するハイブリッド・ジ
    ャンクション、を備え、入力信号を分岐して制御したの
    ち逆位相で合成出力するようにしたことを特徴とする高
