Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車を停止させたときに自走しないように保持するた
    めのブレーキ装置において、それぞれの車輪の回転の停
    止を検知する手段、全ての車輪の回転の停止を検知する
    と自動的にブレーキシリンダを介して駆動輪（全輪駆動
    方式の場合はいずれかの駆動輪）のブレーキに上記駆動
    輪を回転しないように保持させる手段、アクセルペダル
    の操作を感知する手段、アクセルペダルの操作を感知す
    ると自動的に上記プレニキジリンダを介して上記駆動輪
    のブレーキに保持している上記駆動輪を解放させる手段
    を備えたことを特徴とするブレーキ装置。
