    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マフラと、このマフラに連結されてエンジンからの排気
    ガスをこのマフラ内に導く排気管と、この排気管から分
    岐し、再びこの排気管に合流するバイパス管と、このバ
    イパス管を開閉する制御弁とを備え、上記制御弁は、エ
    ーンジンの高速高負荷域で開放し、エンジンの低速軽負
    荷域で閉塞することを特徴とする排気消音装置。
