    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透水性表面シートと、不透水性裏面シートと、該両シー
    ト間に介在する吸収性コアと、該コアの両側縁から外側
    へ延出して相合する該両シートにより形成される両側フ
    ラップと、後側ウェストの両側端部に取り付けられた感
    圧性粘着テープとを少なくとも含む使い捨ておむつにお
    いて、前記粘′着テープの取り付は位置よりも内側であ
    るその近′　　傍位置の前記両側フラップと、着用時に
    前記粘着テープの自由端部を接着すべき前側ウェストの
    両側近傍位置の前記両側フラップとに、それぞれ切り込
    みが設けられていることを特徴とする前記おむつ。
