    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気密容器を構成する透光性陽極基板上に螢光物質を塗布
    して表示パターンを形成し、フィラメントから放出され
    る電子を螢光物質に衝撃させて発光させつつ前記透光性
    陽極基板の電極形成面と反対の面より表示を観察する裏
    面発光表示の螢光表示管において、前記陽極基板内面上
    に酸化ケイ素を主成分とするアルカリ金属溶出防止膜を
    形成し、この防止膜の上に前記表示パターン電極部を設
    けたことを特徴とする螢光表示管。
