    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステッピングモータの出力軸にナツト部材を連結し、該
    ナツト部材に適合すると共に軸方向に可動で、かつ回転
    運動が拘束されたねじ棒を設け、該ねじ棒に、ケーシン
    グに設けた弁座に対応して開閉弁を構成する弁部を設け
    、該弁部が前記弁座に押圧される向き゛に前記ねじ棒に
    作用するバネ部材を設けたことを特徴とする流量制御弁
    。
