    蒸気発生器、中圧蒸気発生器及び低圧蒸気発生器と、 該高圧蒸気発生器の蒸気出口に管路を介して接続された
    背圧タービンと、 該背圧タービンに連結されると共に前記低圧蒸気発生器
    の蒸気出口に管路を介して接続された低圧蒸気昇圧用の
    圧縮機と、 前記中圧蒸気発生器の蒸気出口、背圧タービンの蒸気出
    口及び圧縮機の蒸気出口に接続された蒸気の需要箇所へ
    の送給用管路と、 を備えてなる排熱利用蒸気回収装置。
