    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性基板、該基板の一方の主面に被着された膜状の光
    電変換素子、上記透光性基板の他方の主面を受光面とし
    てその凹所に上記受光面を露出せしめた状態で上記透光
    性基板と共に光電変換素子を収納するケース、該ケース
    の底面と光電変換素子との間に配挿され両者を弾性的に
    固着するゴム系接着剤、から成る太陽電池。
