Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は乍、・メ′ント、メリケン粉或いは穀類等を
収容する弁符紙発の弁部閉止構造に関するものである。
この考案の目的は開口部に施した弁筒が簡単に開口し、
又迅速、確実に閉塞できる弁部閉止構造を提供すること
にある。
しかしてこの考案は袋体１の上端折込片２のｍ−側に形
成した開口部３に弁筒４を挿入接着すると共に、針金、
可撓性薄板、金綱等から戒る屈伸補助材５を弁筒４の開
口端部に添着したことを特徴とする粉体、粒体等の弁材
紙袋の弁部閉止構造である。
尚前記屈伸補助材５は第２図に示すように針金５ａを一
定間隔置に数本並べたものを接着片６により接着して構
成するほか、第５図の可撓性薄板５ｂでも、第６図の長
方形鋼５ｃ、又は第７図の綱５ｄを用いても良い。
図中７は封紙を示す。
この考案は以上のように弁筒４の口端に屈伸補助材５を
添設しであるので第４図口のように口端を折曲けること
により確実に閉鎖され、又延ばせば同図イ示すように簡
単に開口させることができる。
従って極めて簡単な構造により弁筒を閉止でき、作業の
迅速化を図ることができ、不慮に開口するおそれもない
。

図面はこの考案に係る粉体、粒体等の弁材紙袋の弁部閉
止構造の実施例を示したもので、第１図は平面図、第２
図は開放した弁部の展開平面図、第３図は弁部を閉じる
途上の平面図、第４図は閉じる状態を示す斜視図、第５
図乃至第７図は弁部に施す屈伸性素材の例を示す斜視図
である。 １・・・・・・袋体、２・・・・・・上端折込片、３・
・・・・・開口部、４・・・・・・弁筒、５・・・・・
・屈伸補助材。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 袋体１の上端折込片２の一側に形成した開口部３に弁筒
    ４を挿入接着すると共に、針金、可撓性薄板、金綱等か
    ら戊る屈伸補助材５を弁筒４の開口端部に添着したこと
    を特徴とする粉体、粒体等の弁材紙袋の弁部閉止構造。
