抵抗器、１５：負荷、１７．１８：ケーブル、１９．２
０：電圧検出用ケーブル、２１゜２２：電圧検出用増幅
器、２３：信号源として動作するＤＡ変換器、２８：前
段増幅器の共通電位点、２９：後段側共通電位点。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 利得が充分太き（、高入力インピーダンス、低出力イン
    ピーダンスの反転増幅器の入力側に入力電源が接続され
    、その入力電源の電圧又は電流に応じた定電圧を出力側
    に接続された負荷に与えるように構成した電圧発生装置
    において上記反転増幅器は少なくとも二段の縦続接続さ
    れた増幅器にて構成され、その二段の前段と後段の増幅
    器の共通電位を分離してそれぞれ別々の電源により動作
    するように構成すると共に上記負荷に発生する電圧を検
    出する電圧検出用増幅器の出力を前段増幅器に帰還する
    ように構成した高精度電圧発生装置。
