  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　圧縮機、四方弁、室外熱交換器、室内熱交換器およ
    び比熱交換器等を冷媒配管で接続して冷凍サイクルを構
    成した冷暖房装置において、前記室内熱交換器と比熱交
    換器内での冷媒凝縮温度が異なるように、室内側冷媒配
    管に絞り機構を設けたことを特徴とする冷暖房装置。 ２　比熱交換器と室内熱交換器とは直列に接続され、中
    間に絞り機構が設けられた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の冷暖房装置。 ３　比熱交換器と室内熱交換器とは並列に接続され、暖
    房運転時、上記室内熱交換器の冷媒流入側に絞り機構が
    設けられた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の冷暖
    房装置。 ４　絞り機構はキャピラリチューブあるいは膨張弁であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のいずれか
    に記載の冷暖房装置。
