Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源と負荷を結ぶ電路に半導体遮断器の主制御素子
    を介挿して成る半導体遮断器において、前記主制御素子
    に補助半導体制御素子および非直線抵抗体から成る直列
    回路を並列接続し、前記負荷短絡又は地絡事故発生時に
    前記主制御素子にオフ信号を供給するとともに、該オフ
    信号供給時刻から前記非直線抵抗体の通流電流が略零に
    なるまでの期間前記補助半導体制御素子にオン信号を供
    給する制御装置を備えたことを特徴とする半導体遮断器
    。
