    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ディスクカバーに囲まれ、磁気ディスクを収容するため
    の第１室と、この第１室との間で空気を循環させるため
    の第１のフィルタ、および外気を導入するための第２の
    フィルタを有し、この第１室内の空気を清浄かつ一定気
    圧に保つための第２室とを備える磁気ディスク装置にお
    いて、前記第２室と装置外部の仕切にダイヤフラムを備
    えたことを特徴とする磁気ディスク装置。
