    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転可能に設けた回転体の傾斜状周側面に対し、製パン
    用のパン生地を案内するガイドを回転不能に設け、かつ
    該ガイドは回転体の傾斜状周側面に沿って下部から上部
    に至る螺旋状に設けるとともに、その下端縁を回転体の
    周側面に近接して設けた製パン工程におけるパン生地丸
    め装置において、前記ガイドより適宜距離はなれた下方
    に、生地屑排除用の補助ガイドを前記ガイドに沿って回
    転不能に設けるとともに、該補助ガイドのガイド板の下
    端縁が生地丸め用回転体の周側面に近接した傾斜状に設
    けてなることを特徴とする製パン工程におけるパン生地
    丸め装置の生地屑排除装置。
