Claims (1)
- プリント基板に実装された試料を加熱するための接触器
と、該接触器を加熱又は冷却する手段と、該接触器の温
度を設定する手段と、該接触器の温度を測定する手段と
、測定された該接触器の温度と前記設定された温度とを
比較し、その出力により該接触器を加熱又は冷却する手
段を制御するた吟の手段と゛を有することを特徴とする
半導体の温度試験器。
