レベルの信号を出力する外部制御装置と、その外部制御
装置の出力を抵抗２，３により分割しこれをコンパレー
タの反転側入力端子に接続しており、前コンパレータの
非反転側入力端子は、そのコンパレータの出力から抵抗
６を介して正帰還がかけられるとともに、抵抗５により
接地し、さらに、抵抗９コンデンサ８の直列回路を介し
て正電源に接続しており、前記コンパレータの出力は抵
抗７を介して正電源に尊続している回路で構成している
