媒加熱出口温度の関係を示すグラフ、第４図は本考案に
係る冷暖房装置においてバイパス回路内の冷媒のバイパ
ス流量とバイパス圧力と関係を示すグラフ、第５図は本
考案に係る冷暖房装置において各弁の開閉制御の関係を
示す図、第６図は第５図の他の制御関係を示す図である
。 図中、１は圧縮機、５は圧縮機、５は室内熱交換器、６
は冷媒加熱器、１３は温度検出器、１４．１５はバイパ
ス回路、１６．１７は制御弁、１８は制御装置、１９は
圧力検出器である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 暖房運転時に室内熱交換器からの凝縮冷媒を加熱する冷
    媒加熱器を冷凍サイクルに組み込んだ冷暖房装置におい
    て、上記冷凍サイクル内の圧縮機の吐出側冷媒を吸込側
    に戻して冷凍サイクル内の冷媒循環量を調節するバイパ
    ス回路を複数並列に設ケ、これらバイパス回路にバイパ
    ス量を調節するための制御弁を設け、またそのバイパス
    回路内の冷媒圧力を検出する圧力検出器を設けると共に
    、上記冷媒加熱器の冷媒出口温度を検出する温度検出器
    を設け、その温度検出器で検出した冷媒温度と上記圧力
    検出器で検出した圧力とで上記各バイパス回路の制御弁
    を制御する制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする冷暖房装
    置。
