Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部室を有し、少な（とも一方の側面に受圧ダイアフラ
    ムが取付けられた本体と、内部に絶縁材が充填され、前
    記内部室に連通ずる孔に固定された筒状ハウジング部と
    、前記絶縁材によって片持ちばり状に前詰筒状ハウジン
    グ部に固噺され、前記受圧ダイアフラムとロンドによっ
    て接続された圧力検出要素とを有する圧力・差圧伝送器
    において、前記筒状ハウジング部の外周面に複数個の突
    出部を設け、これらと前記孔の内壁との接触部を、前記
    本体外側から照射された電子ビームによって、溶接した
    ことを特徴とする圧力・差圧伝送器。
