    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 細粒子のみを篩別落下させる振動スクリーン、中粒子の
    みを篩分落下させる振動スクリーン、粗粒子のみを篩分
    落下させる振動スクリーンの順に、複数個のスクリーン
    が直列にかつ前位のスクリーン送出端と次位のスクリー
    ン受入端とが乗り継ぎ状に設置され、前記各スクリーン
    の直下にそれぞれの篩別粉粒体の収容ホッパが各別に並
    設されたことを特徴とする粉粒体の篩分装置。
