Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce cost for daily work by allowing a hollow central shaft of a sludge scraper to have a function of an air-lift pump. CONSTITUTION:A central shaft 11 of a sludge scraper is made hollow and an air blowing pipe 16 is provided to the bottom of the central shaft 11. When the central shaft 11 is driven, sludge is discharged from an air/sludge discharging port 7 provided in the radial direction of the central shaft. The sludge is conducted through guides 8, 12 to a sludge receiver 9 and then transported to a predetermined part through a sludge discharging pipe 10. The device serves as a sludge collecting device and also as a sludge lifting pump, therefore, installation of conventional sludge transporting pump is no more necessary, and the cost is reduced as compared to conventional system.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] There is a staining device (also called a sludge scraper) that collects the sludge settled in a circular method pond at the center of the sediment surface. Its only function is to collect the sludge deposited in a circular plane in the center and transfer it to the sludge pool. A diagram of a conventional dirt collection device 61 will be explained. When a conventional staining and pollution equipment is manufactured using an all-steel pipe with a 1° axis, a blind VC is used to prevent sludge from entering from the lower end. Also axis 1

An embodiment of the staining apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2. FIG. 2 shows a schematic drawing of the lahar side of the collecting device of the present invention. The central shaft 1 of the upper staining device is connected to the shaft of a drive device (usually an electric motor with a speed reducer or a speed reducer and a motor connected by a full conduction device), and 2 is usually made of round steel. (In some cases, a steel pipe is used.) The lower N concentrator center shaft 11 is a hollow steel pipe, and is connected to the upper center shaft 1 by a flange 2T, a packing 5I, and a flange 4. These flanges 2,
4L packing 3 and port for flange 5. It is fixed with nut 6.

Here, the packing 3 needs to be a blind packing metal so that the sludge in the lower central shaft 11 does not migrate into the upper central shaft 1. However, if the upper center shaft 1 is made of round steel or the like instead of a hollow pipe, the packing 3 is not necessary. Also flange 2.4
If the sludge does not have the function of passing sludge, a seal is not necessary. The upper part of the lower central axis 11 (general VC is above the normal water level of the sedimentation tank, and the front part of the sedimentation tank is an aeration tank,

Ca lower center shaft 11 inside? The discharge lower is open so that all the sludge that passes through and rises can be taken out. The shape of the discharge lowers can be arbitrarily selected depending on the amount of sludge, etc., and the number and size of the discharge lowers can be changed as long as the stress strength such as torsion and shear of the lower central shaft 11 is maintained. You can choose. A guide 12 is attached to the lower central shaft 11Vc of the main discharge lower to prevent the sludge from dripping when discharging the sludge.

It is desirable that the entire circumference be the same as ij, but it is not necessary to cover the entire circumference as long as the above-mentioned objective 1 effect can be achieved. The sludge and the like that have passed through the entire lower central shaft 11 and ascended are ejected from the discharge lower and guided to the sludge receiver 9 from between the guides 8 and 12. The sludge receiver 9 is fixed in a V-shape over the entire circumference. A sludge discharge pipe 10 is attached to the bottom VC of the sludge receiver 9, and the sludge discharge pipe 10 is attached to the sludge.
It is transported to the desired location 1 via the route. Sludge discharge pipes 10111 (four sloped pipes are provided at the bottom of the sludge receiver 9).

These must be determined using normal air lift pump calculations. ) Compressed air from a separate air compressor or the like is supplied to the air blowing pipe 16, and the mixture becomes a mixture of sludge and air, which moves completely upward within the central axis 11 of the sludge, where the density is light. Compressed air density, pressure, etc. are determined by the sludge volume and lift height, and therefore the diameter of the air blowing pipe 16 is also determined by these, but from past experience, clogging due to scale etc.
It is redundant to decide the pipe diameter by taking into consideration the packing V, etc., depending on the properties of the sludge being handled. Also, is there sludge in the lower central shaft 11? A raking blade 14 for raking to the center is attached via a raking plate attachment arm 15. On the other hand, power mud storage v
A breaker blade 15 for the purpose of completely preventing assimilation of the 17vc accumulated sludge needs to be attached to the entire lower central shaft 11, and the breaker blade 15 can constantly pump up sludge with a high concentration.
