Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to incorporate a large amount of a filler and to obtain a molding at a low cost, by adding water, a surfactant and a fatty acid in compounding a paste resin with at least a plasticizer, a filler and a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:When a paste resin (e.g., vinyl chloride paste resin) is compounded with at least a plasticizer, a filler and a stabilizer, water, a surfactant and a fatty acid are further added. It becomes possible to incorporate a large amount of a filler and, therefore, it is possible to obtain a molding at a low cost. Conventionally, it has not been possible to incorporate a filler in an amount exceeding that of a paste resin because of an adverse effect on strength and flexibility. Therefore, there has been a problem of high cost. The addition of water, a surfactant and a fatty acid makes it possible to incorporate a filler in an amount about five times that of a paste resin and to reduce the cost to 1/10.

Conventionally, for example, when adding fillers to vinyl chloride paste resin, it is common sense to mix less than the same amount (weight) of fillers as the paste resin from the viewpoint of strength and flexibility, but it is not recommended to mix more than the same amount. It was thought that this would not be possible due to filling issues.

The present invention was invented to solve this problem, and therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to enable the blending of a large amount of filler,
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for blending base resin that allows molded products to be obtained at low cost.To achieve this objective, the present invention has been developed by adding a small amount of plasticizer, filler, and stabilizer to base resin. The gist of the present invention is that water, a surfactant, and a fatty acid are further added to the above-mentioned compound in the method of compounding the paste resin.

Conventionally, vinyl chloride paste resin contains at least a plasticizer,
When blending fillers and stabilizers, for example, 80 parts of plasticizer, 100 parts of filler, and 2 parts of stabilizer to 100 parts of vinyl chloride paste resin (same parts by weight) (filler to 100 parts of resin). It was thought that base resins containing 100 parts or less of the agent would become hard and difficult to fill into the intaglio molding plate if more than 100 parts were added.

Furthermore, as mentioned above (because the viscosity of the paste was adjusted with water and a fatty acid surfactant, and the fluidity was adjusted respectively, there was no problem with filling the base resin into the intaglio molding plate) due to heat.

Furthermore, since it is possible to incorporate a large amount of filler, a nonflammable molded product can be obtained. In addition, by blending a large amount of iron powder as a filler, a molded product with adsorption properties and a large amount of lead powder capable of blocking XLL can be produced at a very low cost, which is a remarkable effect. It is.
