Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダの一端又は両端側から気密或いは液密封止下に
    挿入されたロッド及び該ロッドと一体的に構成されてシ
    リンダ内を摺動移動するピストンを具備したシリンダ装
    置において、前記シリンダの′少なくとも一端側で且つ
    前記ロッドの挿通部分に相当するシリンダ内径を、ピス
    トン摺動部分のシリンダ内径よりも小径に形成し、該小
    径に形成したシリンダ端部内に、ロントガイド部を有す
    るエンドカバー及び該エンドカバーに隣接して配設した
    シール部材を挿入固定したことを特徴とする動力操向装
    置用サーボシリンダ。
