  1. 出力端子に時定数回路が設けられたアンド回路の一方の
    入力端子に負荷短絡検出部が他方の入力端子に機器のオ
    ン、オフ状態を検出する回路部がそれぞれ接続され、ア
    ンｉ回路の出力端子と電源出力トランジスタ等の制御部
    との間に直列に、しきい値を有する回路力凛続され、機
    器のオン、オフ状態と出力電圧の有無のみを検出し電源
    出力トランジスタ等を保護する短絡保護回路。
