DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for continuously feeding undrawn yarns made of synthetic fibers to a drawing process.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for tying a tail thread weave in an undrawn state that is in the process of being drawn and connected, and an end of the undrawn thread that is to be subsequently connected and expanded. Generally, when the number of packages of undrawn yarn to be combined is reduced and the package is replaced with a new one, the package is replaced by leaving the tail end of the yarn hanging on the machine stand near the package, and then the opening of the new package is replaced. A method of omitting the so-called tying operation of threading the thread by tying it to the end of the thread is well known, for example, in Samurai Kosho 42-9090.

In addition, in recent years, when knotting each of the above-mentioned yarn ends, a method has been developed in which, for example, the section to be knotted is subjected to a stretching action, and then knotted and subjected to V-supply.
It has been proposed in 9-47610 Hakama Kaisho 49-5021 or Tsubaki Kaisho 49-125650. However, when determining the strength and elongation of yarns containing knots obtained by these methods, the strength ratio with normal yarn without knots is 0.
Since the degree decreases to 3 to 0.9 degrees, the success rate of yarn supply decreases particularly in the drawing false twisting process. When the cut supplied yarns were observed, the cutting points were found to be located at knot sites without exception. The present invention has been achieved in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional methods.

In other words, when the present invention supplies undrawn yarn to the drawing process of synthetic fibers, the undrawn yarn is placed between the hem weave of the undrawn yarn and the end of the undrawn yarn to be subsequently combined. This purpose can be achieved by knotting the yarn in advance, then stretching the knotted portion and the vicinity of the knotted portion while tying the knotted portion, and continuously supplying the drawn yarn.

以下図を用いながら詳細に説明する。This will be explained in detail below using figures.

b}. As shown in Figure 2b, the state after stretching is that the areas near the nodes IA and 2A are stretched, but the nodes B themselves are stretched to a slightly lower extent than the areas near the nodes IA and 2A. In addition, the portions C and 2C at the tip of the node B are not affected by the stretching and remain unstretched. In the present invention, knots can be made using a man's knot, a double machine knot, a fisherman's knot, etc., but the fisherman's knot is particularly preferred.

Note that heating is not necessary for stretching, and it is sufficient to perform cross-stretching at room temperature. Furthermore, the drawing process in the present invention includes a drawing and twisting machine as well as a drawing simulator, which can be applied to supplying undrawn yarn to a machine that performs a drawing action on synthetic fibers.

It is particularly effective for application to stretch false twisting machines that require complicated thread twisting operations. As a result, the present invention eliminates breakage at the knotted portion, and also reduces the decrease in strength and elongation of the yarn in the vicinity of the knotted portion, including the knotted portion.

In addition, even when subjected to the stretch false-twisting process, there was no defect such as poor crimp in the vicinity of the knots, and the dyeing abnormalities in the form of hair spots seen in the conventional method did not occur.
