    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波振動を利用して洗浄されるワークを点或いは線接
    触状態で、かつ、弾性的に対向して把持する保持部材と
    、該保持部材の近傍に傾斜して配設され、上記超音波振
    動を所定の角度に反射する反射板とを具備したことを特
    徴とする洗浄治具。
