サの雰囲気温度とセンサ感度補償回路の出力との関係を
示す図である。 １０・・・センサ、１２・・・ダイオード、１４・・・
センサ増幅回路、１６・・・加算回路、１８・・・ダイ
オード。 温度補償回路、２０・・・センサ感度補償回路、２２・
・・４乗根変換回路。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被測定物が放射する赤外線エネルギーを検出する
    赤外線センサと、この赤外線センサが配置された位置の
    周囲温度を検出する雰囲気温度検出素子と、この雰囲気
    温検出素子の出力と前記赤外線センサの出力とを取り込
    み、前記赤外線センサの出力に対して雰囲気温度の補正
    をする雰囲気温度補償回路と、この雰囲気温度補償回路
    の出力と前記雰囲気温度検出素子の出力とを取り込み、
    前記被測定物の絶対温度の４乗に比例する値を算出する
    センサ感度補償回路と、このセンサ感度補償回路の出力
    から前記被測定物の絶対温度を求めるリニアライザと、
    このリニアライザの求めた絶縁対温度不表示する表示装
    置とからなることを特徴とする赤外線放射温度計。
  2. （２）前記雰囲気温度補償回路は前記赤外線センサの出
    力と前記雰囲気温度検出素子の出力とを加算する加算器
    であり、前記センサ感度補償回路は前記雰囲気温度検出
    素子の出力に１を加える変換器を有し、この変換器の出
    力と前記雰囲気一温度補償回路の出力とを乗算する掛算
    器であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の赤外線放射温度計。
