Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　夫々側の操作具によって操作される左右別のブレー
    キ系を備えた車両において、車両本体の傾斜角度を検出
    する検出手段と、該検出手段の検出結果に基づき車両が
    ある一定角度以上傾斜すると一方の操作具のみ操作して
    も左右両車軸を制動させるよう働く駆動手段とからなる
    ことを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 ２　車両本体の傾斜角度を検出する検出手段に加えて、
    変速速度段を検出する検出手段と、車速を検出する検出
    手段とを設け、車両の傾斜角度が一定角度以上になった
    とき、変速速度段がある速度段以上になったとき、車両
    速度がある一定速度以上になったときの何れかの状態に
    なると左右両車軸を制動させるようにした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のブレーキ装置。
