- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電効果を有する被覆を施した光フアイバ中を伝播する
光の電界による位相変化を測定することにより前記電界
を光学的に検出する光電界センサにおいて、 課電されるべき導体周面に前記光ファイバをコイル状に
巻回してなることを特徴とする光電界センサ。
