  1. ＥＣＬ　（Ｅｍｉｔｔｅｒ　Ｃｏｕｐｌｅｄ　　Ｌｏｇ
    ｉｃ）型論理回路において、出カニミッタフォロア端子
    と電源とを−接続するバイパス回路と、前記バイパス回
    路の導−通の制御するための制御回路とからなり、前記
    エミッタ・フォロア端子の出力電圧がハイレベルからロ
    ーレベルに立下がる過渡時のみバイパス回路が導通ずる
    ことを特徴とする論理回路。
