の検査方法を示す図、第３図、第４図は同発光受光素子
の受光部の検査方法を示す図、第５図はこの考案の一実
施例を示す発光受光素子の検査装置の接続図、第６図は
この考案の他の実施例を示す送受信装置のブロック図で
ある。 １・３１：発光受光素子、１１：発光ダイオード、部、
１２：ホトダイオード部、２０：駆動電源、２１：電流
計、３７：増幅器、３８：コンパレータ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光部と受光部が一体的に形成される発光受光素子と、
    前記発光部を発光させるための駆動源と、前記発光部の
    発光に応答してその光が前記受光部で受光されると受光
    量に応じた電気信号を導４−　出する手段と、この電気
    信号量に応じて前記発光受光素子の良否を検査する手段
    とからなる発光受光素子の検査装置。
