DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION When the present invention is used and constructed as an intermediate layer material for indoor athletic fields and outdoor courts for physical education facilities, floors and walls for buildings, etc., it can be used for various sports or for walking. The air filled in the small cavities, which are formed in countless non-uniform ways, moves freely and in an undefined direction with different impact forces.1. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently absorb the impact force and weaken it.1 The speed at which the weakened impact force becomes a repulsive force and recovers is significantly delayed, and the degree of fatigue inflicted on the players is significantly reduced. By using it in the field, it is possible to exhibit a punting effect that is lower than that of artificial grass and comparable to that of so-called natural soil, and when used for architectural floors, it can reduce the fatigue feeling of conventional floor structures. In addition, even if an infant, kindergarten child, or hospitalized psychiatric patient were to unconsciously hit their head on the floor or wall, or fall, injury could be prevented. The object of the present invention is to obtain a cushioning material for sports facilities, floors, walls, etc., which has many advantages such as an extremely excellent suction effect.

To explain in detail the present invention created to achieve the object of the present invention, the vertical cross section is elliptical (not limited) and has countless small voids of non-uniform shape in the inner part in an undefined direction. Foamed polyethylene resin, foamed vinyl chloride resin, foamed polystyrene resin, foamed polyurethane resin, or other elongated elastic materials of the same material section are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals to form horizontal parallel elastic material groups, and above the material group. Then, the same elongated elastic materials as the constituent materials of the above group are placed across the materials constituting the lower parallel elastic material group and placed in parallel at predetermined intervals, or the lower parallel elastic materials are placed in parallel at predetermined intervals. This is a cushioning material for courts, etc. for rest facilities, architectural floors, walls, etc., which is characterized by being formed by bonding the contact part with the group. Furthermore, the cushioning material is made of polyurethane resin, rubber, or a material with the same effect, and has a predetermined thickness.
The whole may be solidified in a concealed manner to a predetermined size. The cushioning material can also be constructed by bonding a thin outer skin material of a predetermined size made of rubber, synthetic resin, wood, or the same material in a sandwich-like manner from both sides of the bottom.

Next, an example of the implementation of the present invention will be described. p is a buffer material of the present invention, and has the following configuration. A foamed polyethylene resin having an innumerable number of small cavities 2 of non-uniform shape on the inside in an undefined direction, and further expands by sucking air, and has a longitudinal section or an elliptical shape with sufficient air permeability. A large number of elongated elastic materials 1 of foamed vinyl chloride resin, foamed polystyrene resin, foamed polyurethane resin, or the same material section are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals, usually in parallel. These are collectively referred to as a downward parallel elastic material group a. For this group a, elastic materials 1' having the same elongated shape as the material group a are arranged in a crosswise manner with respect to the lower parallel bone material group a, and are arranged at predetermined intervals. This is an L-side parallel elastic material group whose upper contact portion with group a is adhered. However, if you are not going to glue it, you can just store it. Both the upper and lower groups a and b constitute the cushioning material p. When this cushioning material P is pulled in both left and right directions, the shape of the gap 4 created by intersecting and intersecting will increase in size in response to the pulling force, since each component material 1' has elasticity. . Therefore, it is a matter of course that the shape of the void 4 can be adjusted as appropriate when it is laid on the flat surface of the base material layer 5 laid as an intermediate layer for various coats, architectural floors, walls, etc.

As described above, the cushioning material p of the present invention is adhered to the f-bearing surface of the base material layer 5 while adjusting the shape of the cavity 4 according to the type of court for sports facilities, etc. An elastic material 3 such as (including rubber) is filled into the cavity 4 and is also applied to the entire outer surface.

Furthermore, the cushioning material P of the present invention having a cavity 4 of a predetermined shape,
Polyurethane resin, rubber (including natural and synthetic rubber), or a similar material is coated not only inside the cavity 2 but also on the entire outer surface with a predetermined uniform thickness and size. It can also be pre-formed and punched.

At this time, the outer skin material 6 is usually polymerized symmetrically on both sides. In the cushioning material p as described above, the cavity 4 is not filled with polyurethane resin, rubber, or the like. Reference numeral 7 designates a surface layer made of synthetic resin or the like which is coated on the surface of the cushioning material p spread over the base material layer 5 as an intermediate layer, 8 a wall portion, and 9 a floor portion. The above-mentioned cushioning material p may be made by mixing some of the above-mentioned materials with other elastic materials.

It should be noted that the cushioning material p of the second and third embodiments is separately provided in a predetermined shape in advance, so it is laid out on the top surface of the F base material layer 5 to form an intermediate layer, and then it can be used according to the purpose of use. A surface layer is formed and finished.

(1) The present invention is as described above, and in courts, playgrounds, baseball fields, floors, walls, chairs, etc. constructed using the cushioning material P of the present invention, loads or When the surface layer 7 is subjected to impact forces of various directions and sizes caused by hitting the head or falling down, the upper and lower layers constituting the cushioning material p of the present invention, which forms the intermediate layer, On the inside of both parallel elastic material groups a and b, countless small cavities with non-uniform shapes are formed in an undefined direction, and due to the good air permeability peculiar to the material, they bulge out by sucking air. The air filled in each elastic material 1.1' is compressed and moved freely and smoothly in an indeterminate direction into the countless small cavities 2, and at the same time, the force of gravity increases in proportion to this movement. In addition to reducing the impact force, the repulsive force caused by the compressed air moving freely in an undefined direction and trying to restore the material group from the compressed state is further significantly reduced by the one-tongue movement of air. Since the reaction force exerted on the person or pedestrian is minimal, the feeling of fatigue is extremely reduced, and even if the patient (head), infant, kindergartener, etc. hits the head or falls, the It has the excellent advantage of minimizing the impact force when hitting a ball or falling down, significantly reducing or eliminating the degree of injury.

(2) Furthermore, when the cushioning material of the present invention is pulled in both left and right directions, the shape of the cavity 4 deforms in various sizes. It is sufficient to form the void 4 large and cover it on the flat land layer surface. On the other hand, if the gravity and impact force are large,
For places such as sightseeing spots, baseball fields, etc., the shape of the void 4 is made small and the space is laid in a small shape. Therefore, without fixing the size of the void 4 in advance, the traction force can be adjusted reliably and quickly. It has extremely good workability, such as being able to process

(3)又本発明の緩衝材は、予め均一 シた形状に量産

(3) Furthermore, since the cushioning material of the present invention can be mass-produced in a uniform shape in advance, it is extremely convenient not only during transportation but also when organizing.
