Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内に配設されたピストンをシリンダ内に供給し
    た流体圧により移動せしめ、ピストンに突設したピスト
    ンロッドを移動するようにしたアクチュエータにおいて
    、前記シリンダの外周に一重巻または多重巻の電磁コイ
    ルを設けるとともに、前記ピストンをコアとし、このコ
    アの変位によるコイルのインククタンス変化に基づいて
    ピストンの変位を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする
    アクチュエータ。
